Call Center Representative I

Job Responsibilities 
• Represents client and understanding of client product coverage and must adhere to departmental guidelines, policies, and procedures while maintaining a professional and businesslike relationship with both internal and external customers 
• Provides every customer with the best possible service experience 
• Makes outbound calls as follow up to potential customers seeking services via website 
• Answers inbound insurance mitigation service request calls with a warm and courteous greeting. 
• Handles calls that may require a deviation from routine procedures 
• Gather information from potential customers and help resolve any concerns 
• Follow up with potential customers both through phone and email to gather additional qualifying data as needed 
• Enter data into contact database software or excel spreadsheet 
• Dispatch lead to appropriate local service provider 
• Follow up with customer and/or franchise owner to finalize the deal 
• Reconcile outbound call with contact database software to provide key metrics 


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 
• Skilled in telephone and email communications 
• Customer Service Skills 
• Ability to quickly learn contact database software 
• Ability to interact with internal and external customers in a positive manner 
• Ability to multi-task effectively 
• Pleasant, ability to "Smile through the phone", must speak clearly, must be punctual and detail oriented. 
• No fear of making outbound calls for entire shift 


Education and Experience Requirements 
• GED or high school equivalent 
• 1-3 years' experience in Customer Service 
• Intermediate in Excel, Outlook

 

Hours: 8:00-5:00pm
