Customer feedback puts ProTech in winner’s circle for ShoreTel

Keeping customers happy isn’t as easy as it once was and that’s why ProTech Systems Group is particularly proud of ShoreTel’s recent announcement that ProTech has been recognized for exceeding the “World-Class Customer Experience threshold.”

What makes this milestone even sweeter is the fact that it is based on customer feedback gathered by ShoreTel using Net Promoter Score methodology (NPS®), a globally recognized leader in tracking and measuring customer loyalty.

“To thank you for your dedication and teamwork, we are pleased to recognize you for exceeding the World-Class Customer Experience threshold,” said the ShoreTel announcement. “During the 2014 Partner Year, your customers provided feedback that elevated your company to this ‘World-Class’ status.”

ProTech has been a ShoreTel partner for about five years. Marty Howard is ProTech’s Implementation Manager for Shoretel and provides user training and support. Clint Holland is the Systems Engineer, providing system configuration and implementation.
