ProTech Services Group, is a local, business services company focused on meeting the technology needs of Memphis-area businesses. Since our founding in 1992, we have created a unique combination of services and solutions to help our clients achieve their goals and initiatives.

Our Memphis headquarters is home to our Network Operations Center which is staffed with local engineers who help troubleshoot and maintain clients’ technology solutions.

Dan Weddle

President & CEO

For over 30 years, Dan has served in various roles in the information technology industry. Today, Dan serves as the President & CEO, and owner of ProTech Services Group, Inc., a Memphis, TN. based services company. ProTech is a business solutions company focused on meeting businesses’ technology & talent needs.

A proud Memphian, Dan is married to his wife Mikki, and they have four sons, Braeden, Hunter, Peyton, and Oakley, and three grandchildren, Gage, Dominic, and Beckham.  Dan attended the University of Memphis and has earned multiple leadership and executive management designations. Dan graduated from the 2017 Leadership Memphis Executive Program, is a Greater Memphis Chamber Chairmen’s Circle member, and also serves on the board of directors for The PEYitforward Foundation (Non-profit developed to honor his late son, Peyton), Streets Ministries, the Memphis Shelby County Crime Commission, Leadership Memphis and the Greater Memphis Chamber of Commerce (Chamber Benefits, Inc.)



Chris Bradley

CIO/SVP Managed/Cloud Solutions

Business technology operations and development leader with over 25 years “hands on” experience ranging from enterprise software architecture and development to business planning and development. This includes strategic business technology planning and budgeting, technical sales, ongoing operational management, and acquisitions. Skilled in all phases of project life cycle, feasibility analysis, concept design, implementation, enhancement and support. Effective at building team-based operating units and critical customer and vendor alliances.

Specialties: Strategic & Operation Technology planning, IT Infrastructure Design & Implementation, Technology Architecture and Integration, Virtualization, Cloud and Hybrid Cloud Architectures, Team Building and Management, Business Process Re-engineering, Technical Sales, Customer Management, Software Architecture and Development, Data Modeling and Database Design.

Over 19 years of experience in Enterprise technology and team management along with expertise in Oracle databases, Java, XML, Web Services, Open Source Software, and various other technologies.



Mike Scallion

Director of Service Delivery

Mike is a graduate from Dyersburg State Community College with a degree in Manufacturing Systems Technology and Union University with a degree in Business Administration. Mike has worked in various technical levels within IT organizations for nearly 30 years. Mike has worked in local IT management, global IT organizations for over 15,000 users and SMB markets for the majority of his career.  Since joining ProTech in 2010, Mike has worked to build the Network Operations Center, our world class 24/7 HelpDesk/ServiceDesk, Field, project and Managed Services technical departments, growing the staff from approximately 4 engineers to a staff of over 30 local and remote engineers.  Mike is married with 4 children, is an elder for his local church and President of the Board for the Crockett Christian School.
